Do you want to trial footy at Frankston Rovers JFC? Come and join our preseason social trainings to meet the coaches and teams in a fun and welcoming environment. Preseason trainings are FREE and there is no need to register  .

Preseason Social Training:
U8 - U10: 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Thursday, Frankston Pier, Frankston
U11: 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Thursday, Woodleigh Snr School, Langwarrin South

Regular Training Sessions at Bruce Park, Frankston:
U8's (boys & girls): Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm.
U9's/10's: Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm.
U11's: Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm.
U14's: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm.
